FEES:
$50 RENTAL – $200 REFUNDABLE
The $50.00 check will be cashed upon receipt. After the party when the clubhouse is inspected for cleanliness, the deposit check will be shredded by All-in-One as long as the clubhouse key is returned no later than 12 midnight the day of the rental and there is no damage to the clubhouse and you have cleaned as directed. The payment and deposit checks must be in the Amberton resident’s name only.

1. Renter must be a member in good standing of the Homeowners Association.

2. A member of the Homeowners Association is to be in attendance for the duration of the function.

3. Children and teen parties must be chaperoned by specified adults. At parties for minors, an adult must serve food and drink.

4. The renter/member holds harmless the Homeowners Association for any liability suit arising from this function. Renter/member is responsible for any liability suit arising from this function.

5. The renter/member agrees to leave the clubhouse and surrounding area neat and clean by replacing any moved furniture and removing all trash to the trash area outside the clubhouse and following the cleaning specification.
