Community Lake
Rules:
* Fishing is for residents and guest accompanied by residents only. Swimming is not allowed.
* BASS – catch and release only.
* CARP – catch and release only.
* CRAPPIE – No limit.
* BLUEGILL & BREAM – no limit.
*Boats – boats without motors are permitted on the lake, at the boaters risk. The Association shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of the authorized or unauthorized use of the lake. Per Article 7.27 of the Declaration of Protective Covenants.! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF !
